Installing Messenger is the first step to getting it up on your website. You need to get the installation code from your Comm100 account and paste it into your website’s HTML files.
This article guides you through steps to install Messenger on your website. 
 
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.  
- From the left navigation menu, go to Ticketing & Messaging > Channels > Messenger.
- Select the Messenger you want to install by clicking its name or the Edit icon in the Operations column.
- Go to the Installation tab.
- On the Installation tab, click Copy Code.
- Paste the entire installation code into your website before the closing </body> tag.
- (Optional) You can click the Live Preview link to check how the Messenger looks on your website.  
Note: You can also email the installation code to your webmaster by clicking email your code to your webmaster.
