You can check if your order can still be canceled by signing into your account at ShopMax webpage, click "My Account", select "My Orders". On the order details page, if the button isn't grey, you can cancel your order and you won't be charged for it. If the button is grey, the order cannot be canceled. But you can still return your order after you receive it.
