If you want to check your order status, just signed in your account at ShopMax webpage, click My Account, go to Order History. You can find your orders here and check their statuses.
What does the order status mean?
- In Progress: Your order is being worked on.
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered.
- Canceled: Your order has been canceled.
