You have two options for an online return. If you’re looking for a refund to your original method of payment and returning more than 3 items in your order, follow these easy steps.
Head to the returns page to create your return and print your shipping label. Choose from one of our two return options—return to original method of payment or Fast Track Return.
- Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box
- Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible
- If you live in Canada, find a FedEx Ground location. For those living in the US, find a FedEx Ground location or a USPS and drop off your package
- We’ll refund you within 3-5 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place
