Housing Guarantee for New Students

First-year students with an admission average of 82% or higher (as of May 15th) are guaranteed residence.  In order to secure a residence space in one of our 12 residence buildings, students must complete the online residence application and submit the $600 deposit by the deadline.

Students are notified of their residence status – guaranteed or waitlist – on their offer of Admission letter sent by the Registrar’s Office.
