AI Onboarding is a training approach that uses AI to speed up and personalize how new hires learn products, policies, and processes. It automatically generates quizzes and interactive practice simulations from your knowledge base, scores answers in real time, and provides targeted feedback. This gives managers clear visibility into readiness while helping new team members reach full competency faster and with greater consistency.

What’s “Chat Simulation” and how does it work?

Chat Simulation is a practice tool designed for agents to learn and improve in a safe environment. No one—not even managers—has access to these simulations, ensuring agents can freely experiment and learn faster without any pressure.Agents can click the “New Simuualation” button, select the knowledge domain provider and the Knowledge Base (KB) they want to learn more about, and then click “Save” to start the simulation.

After ending the simulation, agents can view the simulation results and AI feedback by clicking on “Details.”

What is the “Quiz” and How Can Managers Create One?

Quizzes are created and assigned to agents by managers. Each quiz includes:

• Name
• Deadline
• Number of Questions (1–100)
• Duration

After clicking “Next,” managers need to choose the Question Scope:

• KB Provider
• KB

A quiz will then be generated based on the selected scope.

Once a quiz is created, managers can:

• Edit the quiz content
• Update the deadline
• Assign it to additional agents

However, settings such as the number of questions, duration, and other initial configurations cannot be changed after creation.

How to take a quiz

Agents can find quizzes which are assigned to them under the “Assigned Quizzes” tab.

They need to click on the “Play” button to start the quiz.

After the quiz is finished, they can see the results by clicking on the “Detail” button.
