Each Comm100 account is assigned a unique Site ID, and each Live Chat campaign has its own unique Campaign ID. This article explains how to locate both IDs in your Comm100 account.

 

Find Site ID

To obtain your Site ID, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Site > Profile. Your Site ID is displayed on this page. kb-chat-react-native-05.png

Note:  You can also find the Site ID in the URL after you log into the Control Panel.


Find Campaign ID

To obtain your campaign ID, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
  2. From the left navigation menu, go to Live Chat > Campaign.
  3. Expand the campaign dropdown list and click Manage to open the Campaigns drawer.

  4. In the campaign list, locate your campaign and note the corresponding ID. You can also use the search box to quickly find a specific campaign.

Note:  You can also view the Campaign ID in the URL when configuring a campaign.
