Ensure the chat script is correctly placed before the tag of the site’s HTML.
✅ Step 2: Confirm Domain Whitelisting
Navigate to Control Panel > Security > Whitelisted Domains and confirm the client’s domain is listed.
✅ Step 3: Browser Compatibility
Test the widget on Chrome and Firefox in Incognito/Private Mode.
✅ Step 4: Check for Conflicts
Ad blockers, cookie policies, and script errors can prevent the widget from loading.
