Can I Change My Personal Information?
  • Once your Comm100 account has been successfully created, you cannot change your email address, name, or date of birth.
  • You can update your phone number and address in "Personal Details" by clicking on the Profile section beside the “Deposit” button. 
  • If you need to update your email address, name, or date of birth, please contact our support team. 
  • In order to change any personal information on your account, you will be required to send a valid and non-expired government-issued identity document.
