Withdrawing Funds After a Self-Exclusion
  • Despite being unable to login to your Comm100Online account while self-excluded, Comm100Online will always return funds to players unable to request a withdraw themselves through their account. If after activating a self-exclusion you realize you still had funds in your Comm100Online account that you wish to withdraw, these are the steps you should take depending on your previous account status.

Already Verified Players

  • Players who were already verified before excluding should reach out to support@Comm100online.com asking to withdraw funds from a verified but excluded account. Attaching a photo of your ID such as a passport or Drivers License as well as the account details you wish to have the funds wired to will help speed this process up. 

Unverified Players

  • Unverified players should reach out to support@Comm100online.com and explain that they want to withdraw from an unverified and self-excluded account. A copy of your ID such as Drivers License or Passport should be attached, along with a proof of address document such as a bank statement or utility bill dated in the previous 90 days. We will then reach out to you if any other details are required in order to verify your identity before proceeding with a wire transfer of funds attempt.
