Clocks are configured to automatically update at a predefined interval.  This is customizable setting and can be found under the System Settings (ADMIN icon, System Settings navigation link).  The setting is titled DCD – Refresh Interval.  The value associated with setting is the refresh interval in minutes.

Even though the clocks will automatically update, they can be manually updated as needed from the Data Collection Device Management screen (ADMIN icon, DCD Setup navigation link) by clicking on the button under Refresh Now for the clock you wish to update.

If a clock is refreshed manually this refresh is used to determine the next automatic refresh based on the system setting.  For example, if your clocks automatically refresh every 90 minutes and you do a manual refresh at 8:36am the next automatic refresh will take place at 10:06am.
