When Harrison Healthcare adds you to Careplicity, you get an invitation email. You need to accept it before you can sign in.

1. Find the email from [sender address] with the subject [invitation subject] [confirm].
2. Select Activate my account. The invitation link is valid for [X days].
3. Create your password and confirm your details.
4. Sign in on the web or download the mobile app [App Store / Google Play links].

Invitation expired or missing? Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email [support address] and ask for a new invitation. We'll resend it within 24 hours on business days.
