Almost always, nothing has gone wrong. Your results just aren't ready to post yet. Here's why.
- Results take time. Most blood work comes back within [5–7 business days]. Some tests take longer, especially specialized or genetic tests.
- Your physician reviews them first. Results only appear in Careplicity after your physician has reviewed them. This means they may show up a day or two after the lab finishes.
- Check the right place. Sign in and go to Reports [confirm menu name]. On the mobile app, make sure you have the latest version.
- Look for a notification. You'll get [an email or app notification] when new results are posted.
Still nothing after [7 business days]? Email your care coordinator. They can check with the lab and let you know exactly where your results are.
Want to talk about your results? Your physician or care coordinator will go through them with you. Careplicity Support can't interpret results.
If you have urgent symptoms, call your clinic directly. In an emergency, call 911.
