Applies to: Harrison Healthcare clients using Careplicity on the web or mobile app.
Lab results don't appear in Careplicity right after your blood work. Here's what happens and when to expect them.
- The lab processes your samples. This usually takes [5–7 business days] [confirm]. Some specialized tests take longer.
- Your physician reviews them. Your physician reviews every result before it's released to you, so they can add context and follow up if needed.
- Results are posted to Careplicity. Once they've been reviewed, you'll find them under Reports [confirm menu name]. You'll also get a notification [confirm email or push].
Where to look: Sign in, then go to Reports [confirm]. On mobile, update the app first; some features differ between web and mobile.
Still nothing after [7 business days]? Email your care coordinator. They can check with the lab and let you know where your results are.
Questions about what your results mean? Your physician or care coordinator will walk you through them. Careplicity Support can't interpret results or give medical advice.
If you have urgent symptoms, call your clinic directly. In an emergency, call 911.
