Your health plan may include prescription drug and mental health benefits.

A prescription may be rejected because:

• Prior authorization is required

• The medication is not covered

• A refill was requested too early

• The pharmacy is out of network

• A quantity limit applies

Do not stop or change medication without speaking with a healthcare professional.

Mental health benefits may include counselling, therapy, psychiatric care and virtual appointments. Use your member account to find an in-network provider or contact Member Services for assistance.
