UEL welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and ages. Mature students (over 21) make up almost half of our undergraduate population.

If you don't have the formal qualifications usually required, you can still apply. We look at your application as a whole, including relevant life or work experience and your commitment to study. We may ask you to attend an interview or submit a piece of work.

Other routes may be open to you, including contextual offers and a foundation year. A foundation year adds a year of study, so a three-year degree takes four years.
