If you would like to stop receiving promotional communication, below are the steps required. To start, what device are you using?

Desktop 

• First, log in to Staxx via the web. 
• Second, click on your funds, right beside the deposit button. (Top right of your screen). 
• After getting into the profile menu, click on Account settings 
• Finally, in that menu go to Communications. There you will see 4 check boxes: Email, SMS, Phone, and Promotions. To opt-out of receiving promotion communication, click the checkbox for "Promotions". 
• Click Save and Update! 

Mobile 

• First, log in to Staxx via your mobile app. 
• Second, after getting into the profile menu, click on “Account” which once again has the same silhouette icon. (Bottom right hand side of your screen).
• Finally, in that menu you will see five check boxes at the bottom of the page: Email, SMS, Phone, Accept Bonuses, and Post. To opt-out of receiving promotion communication, click the checkbox for "Promotions". 
• Click Save and Update!
