Interac

• To initiate a deposit through Interac, you will first need to log into your Staxx account and then click on the “Deposit” button.
• The system will offer you a list of available deposit methods. Select Interac, specify the desired deposit amount and then click “Deposit”
• The next step will be notification about the Interac deposit. Read the information carefully and click on “Express e-Transfer”
• The next step is to select your bank from the list, through which you would like to make a deposit to your Staxx account. If the desired bank is not on the list, you can use the search at the bottom of the screen.
• After initiation of the deposit the payment processor will send you an e-mail through which you can also make a deposit to your Staxx account.
• In case you have not completed your deposit for some reason, the payment processor will send you an e-mail with a reminder and a link to continue your deposit.
• Once you have logged into your bank account and successfully made a deposit, the payment processor will send you an email confirming this transaction.
• Staxx will also send you an e-mail notification about successful deposit to your game account.
• Going back to the Staxx website you will see a window with the details of the completed deposit and your balance.

Interac-Desjardins

• To initiate a deposit through Interac Desjardins, you will first need to log into your Staxx account and then click on the “Deposit” button.
• The system will offer you a list of available deposit methods. Select Interac-Desjardins, specify the desired deposit amount and then click “Deposit”.
• Next step you will see a window with instructions, following which you will be able to make a deposit to your Staxx account.
• At the same time the payment processor will send you an e-mail notification with which you can also make a deposit.
• If the deposit has not been successfully completed, you will see a window with information about the pending deposit once you go to the Staxx website.
• Once you have logged into your bank account and successfully made a deposit, the payment processor will send you an email confirming this transaction.
• Staxx will also send you an e-mail notification about successful deposit to your game account.
• Going back to the Staxx website you will see a window with the details of the completed deposit and your balance.

Credit Card

• To initiate a deposit through Visa/Mastercard, you will first need to log into your Staxx account and then click on the “Deposit” button.
• The system will offer you a list of available deposit methods. Select Visa/Mastercard, specify the desired deposit amount and then click “Deposit”
• The next step will display a payment processor window where you will need to enter your payment card details.
• Next, you will need to provide the three-digit CVV code, which is located on the back side of your payment card.
• After entering the required information, the payment processor will process the data received from you.
• The next step is to confirm your willingness to make the deposit by entering the code. There are two options to choose from, SMS or call.
• After selecting the option that is convenient for you, you need to enter the code you received.
• If the deposit has not been successfully completed, you will see a window with information about the pending deposit once you go to the Staxx website
• Staxx will also send you an e-mail notification about successful deposit to your game account.
• Going back to the Staxx website you will see a window with the details of the completed deposit and your balance.

Instant Bank Transfer 

• To initiate a deposit through Instant Bank Transfer, you will first need to log into your Staxx account and then click on the “Deposit” button
• The system will offer you a list of available deposit methods. Select Instant Bank Transfer, specify the desired deposit amount and then click “Deposit”
• You will be redirected to the following screen where you can select your banking institution. Please follow the prompts to complete your deposit.
• If the deposit has not been successfully completed, you will see a window with information about the pending deposit once you go to the Staxx website.
• Staxxwill also send you an e-mail notification about successful deposit to your game account.
• Going back to the Staxx website you will see a window with the details of the completed deposit and your balance.

Instadebit 

• To initiate a deposit through Instadebit, you will first need to log into your Staxx account and then click on the “Deposit” button.
• The system will offer you a list of available deposit methods. Select Interac, specify the desired deposit amount and then click “Deposit”.
• The first step you need to take is to create an account. Enter the correct data in the provided rows.
• Enter your residential address, date of birth and the last 4 symbols of your SIN.
• Enter the bank details of the account from which you wish to make a deposit to your Staxx account.
• The last step is for you to confirm your willingness to make the deposit.
