Comm100 Live Chat can be used on multiple websites simultaneously with one account. You can put the same style chat button on multiple websites or use different chat buttons on different websites.
- To put the same style chat button on multiple websites, you need to paste the same Live Chat code onto the websites. For how to get and paste the live chat code onto your website, see this article.
- To use different style chat buttons on different websites, you need to use multiple Live Chat Campaigns. Each Live Chat Campaign has a unique set of installation code which can be placed on your websites. You can customize each campaign according to your website's style. After you add the live chat to all your websites, you can tell from which website a visitor comes by viewing the Current Page column or the Campaigns column in Agent Console.
