Comm100 agent system allows you to manage your agents in multiple aspects. If you are a site administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can manage agents in the following ways:
- Add multiple agents to your accounts. To learn the details, see this article.
- Edit agent information including name, email, avatar, and department information. To learn the details, see this article.
- Reset the password for the agents in your account. To learn the details, see this article.
- Add agents to different departments for easier task assignment. To learn the details, see this article.
- Grant permissions to a group of agents by giving them a role. Administrators and Agents are system default roles. To learn the details, see this article.
