- Log in to your Shopsite account.
- Hover over Preferences and select Layout Settings.
- Get the live chat code and paste the code at the bottom of the Footer section.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
- Click Publish Changes to mirror the code installed and you’ll see the chat button when you view the store.
