The display name is the name you have set for your account. It is shown to your website visitors in your chat window. You can easily change your display name in your Comm100 account.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > People > Agents.
- On the Agents page, click the Pencil icon to edit any agent's details.
- The Edit Agent page appears.
- Type the display name in the Display Name field of this agent.
- Click Save.
After this, the display name will be changed.
