Comm100 Live Chat provides a preview page for you to check your if your live chat settings are working properly.
Step by Step Instructions
To check if your live chat settings are working right, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Comm100 account.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Live Chat > Campaign > Installation.Note: If you are using multiple campaigns, make sure to choose the correct one from the drop-down list.
- Click Live Preview. The Live Preview page opens in a new tab.
- Click on your chat button to perform testing and check how the settings are working.
