Comm100 allows you to add your agents’ Title and Bio information and show them to your visitors in the Chat Window. It provides a quick overview of agents’ job responsibilities, level of job, experience, or expertise, and more, which helps deliver a better customer experience when they are chatting with your agents.
To show agents' title and bio in the chat window, you need to complete the following settings:
- Input agents' title and bio description;
- Enable Agent bio and Agent title in the chat window settings.
Input Agents' Title and Bio
To input agents' title and bio information, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > People > Agents.
- Click to edit the agent in the list.
- On the Edit Agent page, expand the More Information menu and fill in the Title and Bio information.
- Click Save.
Enable Agent Bio and Agent Title
To enable agent bio and agent title in the chat window, , follow these steps:
- On the Comm100 Control Panel, navigate to Live Chat > Campaign > Chat Window.
- Choose a chat window style. You need to choose the first or second style which includes a header.Note: Agent info shows in the header of the chat window. Therefore, to show agents' bio and title, you need to choose a style with a header.
- Go to Header and select the Agent title and Agent bio checkboxes under the Agent Info setting.
- Click Save.
After a chat starts, the agent’s title and bio info shows to your visitors in the chat window.
