Each Comm100 account has a unique site ID. Similarly, each Live Chat campaign has a unique campaign ID. This article helps find your site ID and campaign ID.
Find Site ID
To obtain your site ID, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Global Settings > Site > Profile. Your Site ID appears on this page.Note: You can also find the site ID in the URL after login.
Find Campaign ID
To obtain your campaign ID, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
- From the left navigation menu, go to Live Chat > Campaign.
- Expand the campaign dropdown list and open the Manage Campaigns drawer.
- On the campaign list that appears, locate your campaign and obtain the corresponding ID. You can input keywords to search for your target campaign.
