Comm100 Live Chat can be easily installed on 3dcart. Please follow the step-by-step instructions.
Step by Step Instructions
- Click the Content menu on the left of your 3dcart control panel, then choose Header & Footer.
- Choose one position from Global Header, Global Footer, Global Left Banner, and Global Right Banner.
- Enable it using the toggle switch, and then paste the live chat code into the section. Below we have chosen the Global Left Banner.
- Click Save.
Congratulations! The Live Chat button is on your website. Your customers can click on the button to chat with you.
