This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to install Comm100 Live Chat on a Joomla! website. If your website is built using Joomla!, follow the instructions to add Live Chat to your website.

Step by Step Instructions 

1. Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
2. Go to Live Chat > Campaign > Installation. You can find the installation code there.
   Note: If you are using multiple campaigns, make sure to choose the correct campaign from the drop-down list. 
   
   
3. Copy the installation code and save it for subsequent use.
4. Log in to your Joomla! admin panel.
5. From the left navigation menu, go to System, and choose Site Templates under the Templates menu.
   
6. Choose the site template that you are using from the template list.
7. Under the Editor tab, choose the index.php file.
8. Paste the installation code you saved in Step 3 before the closing </head> tag.
   
9. Click Save & Close. Comm100 Live Chat is successfully integrated onto your Joomla! site.
   A chat button appears on your website, and visitors can click the button to chat with you.
