Ending a Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusions do not reverse themselves, even after their prescribed end date.

In order to end your exclusion, you will be required to reach out to BetHaven Customer Support at support@BetHaven.com with the following information;

  • Full name
  • Date of birth or postal code
  • Username
  • Reason for self-excluding
  • Proof of completion of the Gambling Self Assessment Quiz* in the form of a screenshot of the result

BetHaven Customer Support management will then assess your case and revert with a decision as to whether to reopen your account or not within 48 hours.

 *The Gambling Self-Assessment Quiz, based on the Canadian Problem Gambling Index, can be found at https://www.responsiblegambling.org/for-the-public/safer-play/self-assessment-quiz/ and consists of nine simple questions to which you respond either Never, Sometimes, Most of the Time, Almost Always or Don't Know. Your responses will be scored - the higher the score, the greater the risk that your gambling is a problem.
