If you are located in Canada and are still experiencing a location error, please follow these steps:
- Make sure all devices (computer, modem, router, etc.) are turned on and cables (Ethernet, power) are securely plugged in.
- Restart the device by turning it off, waiting a few seconds, then turning it back on to fix temporary issues.
- Ensure your internet is working by visiting other websites or doing a speed test. For Wi-Fi, checkyou'reconnected to the right network with good signal strength.
- Clear cache and cookies in your browser to fix page loading/display problems.
- Keep your operating system, web browser, and software up to date for bug fixes and better performance.
- Remove anyVPNsfrom your device completely. Restart your device and try again.
- Try connecting through both the mobile app and the web browser.
