I am sorry but we don’t receive your parcels currently. Sometimes a carrier will accidentally scan a package as "Delivered" when it's actually still on its way. When this happens, we expect the carrier to deliver the package within the following business days. You can also choose to file a claim with the vendor because your package is not delivered at your designated address.
