When you request shipment online, please select all the parcels you want to ship together in My Packages, declare the value and write the description of each item in each package. Then you will find two options:

When you choose "fast shipment" you will be asked to pay the shipping fee before consolidation.  After you make payment we will open, repack and consolidate your parcels for each shipment and ship your parcel in one business day. All the difference will be credited to your e-wallet in your account or you will be asked to make a second payment.

If you choose "package consolidation", we will consolidate the packages first and ask you to pay for the actual shipping fee after ship it out.

Notice: Pre-packaging is only available for silver, gold and diamond members. Basic members cannot use pre-packaging service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
