Buyers will send in $1,000 to remove the probation. Upon receipt, the following occurs:
- Accounting goes into LEAP buyer record, then makes a note, and checkmarks “Customer Service” next to Email, thus spawning an e-mail to Bidder Services
- Bidder Services goes in and removes the probation. No further action/follow-up is required by Bidder Services.
- After 60 days, Accounting will reach-out to the buyer via e-mail and ask them if they have reverse wire instructions. If the buyer doesn’t provide, they just cut a check and mail it to the buyer.
