If a buyer is seeking a payment extension for a seller who is GovDeals, please instruct them to contact the seller. 

If a buyer is seeking a payment extension for a seller who is AllSurplus, GoIndustry DoveBid or Network International, please contact the Client Account Manager (CAM).  You can identify who the CAM is by following these steps:

1. In LEAP, lookup the seller record (https://leap.lqdt.com/index.cfm?fa=Lookup.ClientSearch) 

2. Within the search results, click on the seller "ID" link or "Name" link

3. Refer to the box at the top of the page, titled "Account ID XXXXXX Details"

4. Near the lower, left-hand corner of the box, you will see the field labelled "CAM"
