Our sellers fall into one of two buckets:

1. FSS = They have Liquidity Services handle the financial services (ex: GovDeals seller - https://leap.lqdt.com/index.cfm?fa=Lookup.ClientInfo&acctID=1095)
2. Non-FSS = They handle the financial services (ex: GovDeals seller - https://leap.lqdt.com/index.cfm?fa=Lookup.ClientInfo&acctID=5711) 

To determine whether the seller is FSS or Non-FSS, follow these steps:

1. Refer to LEAP seller record (links above)

2. Scroll down to the "Financial" section

3. Refer to the "Payment Type" field

• No = Non-FSS
• Yes = FSS
