APN Settings for Mobile Data

Access Point Name (APN) settings are required for your phone to connect to Westie mobile data and send picture messages (MMS). If you are unable to use the internet or send MMS, follow these steps to check and update your APN settings:

  • Note: Menu paths may vary depending on your device (Android/iPhone). Ensure your mobile data is turned on before proceeding.
  1. On your phone, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Access Point Names (APN).

  2. Create a new APN or edit an existing one with the following values:

    • Name: Westie
    • APN: sp.westie.com
    • Leave other fields unchanged unless specifically instructed by Westie support.
  3. Select the newly created or edited APN as the active profile.

  4. Test your connection by opening a web page or sending a picture message (MMS).
