Your SIM card is a small chip that allows your phone to connect to the Westie network for calls, texts, and data. If your phone displays “No SIM” or isn’t connecting to the network, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Turn off your phone completely.
Locate your SIM tray (usually on the side of the phone). Use a SIM ejector tool or a paperclip to open the tray, if needed.
Carefully remove the SIM card from the tray. Handle the SIM card gently to avoid bending or damaging it.
Gently wipe the SIM card with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or dirt.
Inspect the SIM card and tray for any visible damage. If damaged, contact Westie support for assistance.
Reinsert the SIM card securely into the tray and close it.
Turn your phone back on and check if it connects to the Westie network.
If your SIM card is faulty, visit a Westie store or contact Westie support to request a replacement SIM card.
