Can I automatically send a pre-defined message after a chat request is accepted

You can set up a pre-defined and personalized message which is sent to the visitor once a chat is started. Each agent can customize their own auto greeting message.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log in to Comm100 Agent Console.
  2. Go to Preferences, and select Live Chat.

  3. Go to the Shortcuts & Greetings tab.
  4. Select the Automatically send a pre-defined message after a chat request is accepted check box.3.jpg
  5. Edit your message and insert macros that you feel needed.
  6. Click OK.
