Note: The feature of exporting reports is available in the Live Chat Plus, Live Chat Ultra, Omnichannel Plus, and Omnichannel Ultra plans. To learn more about Comm100 plans and packages, visit here.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to your Comm100 Control Panel.
- Go to a report (Here, we take the Chat Volume report as an example) and click Download.
- Follow through to export the report.
The exported report file is in the CSV format.
