Yes, with Comm100 Live Chat, you can easily know how your customers find you by the Referred From column in your Agent Console window. Each line in Referred From is displayed as a clickable referral URL.
A referral URL is where the visitor was before landing on a page having a Live Chat button.
Note:
- The referrer URL is recorded in the History Chats and Messages. You can view or export them for backup and analysis. However, Comm100 do not save the referral URL for online visitors who haven't interacted with your agents or left offline messages.
- If your visitor types your website address directly in the browser, there will be no referrers.
