Visits and Chats Metrics provides the visit and chat counts on your website. You can locate it under the Chat Volume report.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Log in to the Comm100 control panel.
2. Navigate to Reporting > Chat Volume.
   A detailed report on Chats and Visits, as well as some other related metrics, appears.
   
   
3. Set the Time range to bring out the results during a specific period of time.
