Email Sending Limits

For connected email accounts, Comm100 does not limit the number of emails that you can send every day, whether it be one-on-one ticket replies or bulk emails sent via Outreach Campaigns. However, each email provider has its own rate limits on the number of emails or recipients.

Be aware that your business can be strongly impacted if reaching the limits. For example, Gmail will temporarily disable the email account when the limit is exceeded and re-enables it 24 hours later.

Before sending emails through Outreach Campaigns, you are strongly recommended to check the rate limits imposed by your email provider:
