On the Comm100 Agent Console, you can track the URLs of webpages that visitors have visited on your website. With Comm100 Live Chat, the footprint is recorded in real-time, and you can view the total duration of a visit and the minutes that a visitor has stayed on each webpage.

- Only the footprints on the website where the Live Chat code has been planted can be recorded and displayed on the Agent Console.
Step by Step Instructions
To track a visitor's navigation history on your website, follow these steps:
- On the Comm100 Agent Console, go to the Visitors tab.
- Locate the target visitor you want to track, and click the Details link.
- Click the Navigation tab. The visitor's footprint on your website is listed in chronological order.Note: You can get the information updated by clicking Refresh.
