If you want to change or forget your Comm100 password, you can reset the password at or after login.
Reset Password at Login
If you forget your password, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Visit the Comm100 User Sign In page, and click the Forgot your password link.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
A message appears indicating that the password reset mail has been sent to your email address. - Log in to your email account and click the link received in your email to reset the password.
Change Password after Login
If you know your current password, follow these steps to change your password:
- Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.
- In the left navigation bar, hover the mouse over the agent icon and click Change Password.
- On the Change Password drawer, enter the current and new passwords.
- Click Save. Your password is changed successfully.
