You can reset your Facebook page integration with Comm100 in case you changed your Facebook account credentials.
Step by Step Instructions
To reset your Facebook page integration with Comm100, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.
- In the left navigation bar, go to the Ticketing & Messaging tab.
- Click the Channels drop-down menu, then click Facebook.
- Click Add Facebook Page.
- Re-log into your Facebook account and authorize the access.
The Facebook page appears in the list. - Click the Pencil icon next to each page to manage it inside Comm100.
- Click the Bin icon to remove any page.
- Click Ok to confirm the change.
Now your Facebook account has been reauthorized for Comm100 integration. You can keep handling social media queries from your Facebook pages from inside the Comm100 Agent Console.
