Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to your Comm100 Agent Console.
- Click on your Avatar in the top right corner, and choose Preferences.
- On the Theme section under the Global tab, choose Default or Dark based on your preference.
Note: The Agent Console theme selection is agent-level operation, not set at the account level. Each agent can independently choose their preferred theme, allowing for a personalized user experience.
