How to Use Contact Management Triggers

Contact Management Triggers allow you to apply webhooks to contact-related events. By applying webhooks, you can send contact data to your own system in real time whenever a contact is created, deleted, and so on.

To set up webhooks for Comm100 Contact Management, you need to create a webhook in the Apps & Integrations module and then apply it to Contact Management. After you create a webhook, follow this article to apply it to a contact-related event.

Note: To learn how to create a webhook, see this article.

Contact-Related Webhook Events

You can apply webhooks to the following contact-related events: Contact Created, Contact Updated, Contact Deleted, Contact Identity Added, Contact Identity Deleted, Contact Identity Updated, and Contact Merged. Once a contact is created, updated, and so on, the contact data is sent to a designated URL.

Step by Step Instructions

To apply a webhook to Contact Management, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Comm100 Control Panel.
  2. From the left navigation menu, click Contact Management > Triggers.
