Comm100 Chatbot’s Visitor Question Suggestion feature is designed to facilitate Live Chat communications between you and your customers. When chatting with a visitor, the Chatbot predicts visitors’ queries and offers suggestions as visitors type, allowing for quicker inputs for visitors, thus making interactions smoother and more efficient.
As visitors type, Chatbot suggestions appear above the input box, so that visitors can easily select the one they want. New and more accurate suggestions appear as visitors keep typing.
The Chatbot leverages its intent repository to predict the questions visitors might have as visitors start typing in the chat input box. The Chatbot matches the visitor’s input with all of its intent questions, and provides the suggestions with the highest matching scores.
- Visitor question suggestion is only available for chatbots in the Live Chat channel.
- The suggestion source contains all intent questions except Small Talks.
- One intent can contain multiple questions. When providing suggestions, the Chatbot offers the one with the highest matching score as one item.
