In Custom Report, data of each Comm100 product is organized into multiple datasets. Each dataset contains a subset of metrics and attributes that can be used to build reports.
This article introduces the Appointment dataset which is the only dataset available in Comm100 Booking.
Appointment Metrics

Service | The source service of the appointment. |
Status | The status of the appointment. The values include Booked, Rescheduled, No-show, and Cancelled. |
Created By | The agent who created the appointment. |
Cancelled By | The agent who cancelled the appointment. |
Rescheduled By | The agent who rescheduled the appointment. |
Appointment Time | The appointment start time. The sub-options include By day, By week, By month, By quarter, By year, Hour of the day, Day of the week, Day of the month, Month of the year, and Quarter of the year. |
Appointment End Time | The appointment end time. The sub-options include By day, By week, By month, By quarter, By year, Hour of the day, Day of the week, Day of the month, Month of the year, and Quarter of the year. |
Created Time | The time when the appointment was created. The sub-options include By day, By week, By month, By quarter, By year, Hour of the day, Day of the week, Day of the month, Month of the year, and Quarter of the year. |
Cancelled Time | The time when the appointment was cancelled. The sub-options include By day, By week, By month, By quarter, By year, Hour of the day, Day of the week, Day of the month, Month of the year, and Quarter of the year. |
