Release Update (Apr 14, 2025) | Bot User Interface Enhancements

This release update provides an overview of the changes made to Comm100 Bot UI.

Menu Updates 

  • The Bot menu has been renamed to AI & Automation.

  • The Chatbot menu is now AI Agent.

  • The Agent Assist menu has been renamed to AI Copilot.

  • The Email Writer sub-menu, previously under Agent Assist, is now removed. The new configuration entrance has been relocated to the sub-menu Suggestions.

  • Three new sub-menus, Knowledge, Smart Wrap-up, and Text Enhancement, have been added under AI Copilot.
  • The Answer Sources section, previously under Suggestions in Agent Assist, has been moved to the Knowledge sub-menu within AI Copilot.

Chatbot Type Classification 

NLP and Keyword Engine Chatbots are now categorized under Classic.
