This release update announces the support for six more languages newly added to the Comm100 system.

Comm100 has added support for six new languages, bringing the total number of supported languages to nine. In addition to English, Simplified Chinese, and Portuguese, Comm100 has added support for the following languages:

• French
• German
• Japanese
• Spanish
• Turkish
• Vietnamese

The new language support allows your agents to interact with Comm100 in their own preferred language. Each agent can choose their preferred language from their profile settings on the Comm100 Control Panel.
