This release update announces the support for six more languages newly added to the Comm100 system.
Comm100 has added support for six new languages, bringing the total number of supported languages to nine. In addition to English, Simplified Chinese, and Portuguese, Comm100 has added support for the following languages:
- French
- German
- Japanese
- Spanish
- Turkish
- Vietnamese
The new language support allows your agents to change their account language into their preferred one. Each agent can choose their own account language. To change the account language, agents need to go to their Profile settings on the Comm100 Control Panel.
Note: Visitor-side language is defined from the language settings of each Live Chat campaign, and will not be impacted when agents change their account language.
